For a relaxing and healthy physical activity, body harmony and will to find balance. Donnakadamy offers during its courses a Yoga session with Silvia Salvarani.

Graduated in Physical Education, Silvia specialized in teaching Yoga since 1986, obtaining the diploma recognized by the Italian Yoga Federation.

In the nineties she became Reiki Master and follows a three-year school in Rebirthing. From 1980 to 2000 she directs and teaches at her center in Ancona. From 2001 she moved to Milan.

But why is Yoga so important? With Donnakadamy I would like to transmit you its importance to help you relax and find the daily calm we deserve. This practice stimulates the nervous system and reduces fatigue. It regulates our breath making it less nervous or impulsive, it also improves the perception we have of ourselves by increasing self-esteem.

So we will learn simple exercises that we can practice wherever we want, at home or in the park, thus enriching our inner well-being. Our body will treasure what we learn with Silvia and we can apply it in our everyday life!
